Last Sunset Party for 07 Season Brings Superpitcher
Last Sunday was the last Sunset party for 2007 and it went out in full San Francisco style at Golden Gate Park. 
True SF beat fanatics came out to groove in the sunshine but this time to a very different beat for the bay area, Techno. The West Coast is finally representing real beats. This party was blessed by the special guest, up and coming superstar dj and producer from New York, Superpitcher . I also can not think of a better team to do this than the Sunset Crew. This party was like walking through a burning marijuana plantation by the way.
This is one of those events where you see everyone you have ever met in San Francisco who is or has ever been involved in underground music in any significant form. I saw mad heads including my man Alvaro, who decided to ‘retire’ from doing turntable repair jobs. I think he might be the only person in the Bay Area who knows how to fix and calibrate any tone arm. He undermines how valuable this skill set is.
